The following specification text is ready to copy and adapt for your project documentation. Adjust the bracketed options to suit your requirements.

“The acoustic louvre system shall be WPL LS 300/160 NC as manufactured by WPL (UK) Limited. The system shall be tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2:2021, achieving a weighted sound reduction index of Rw 22 dB. Louvre blades shall be galvanised steel at 160mm pitch, 45° blade angle, with 300mm blade depth and 26% free area. Acoustic infill shall be dense intumescent with liner medium wrapped inside perforated sheet R6 T10. Maximum horizontal span between vertical supports shall be 1000mm. Maximum module dimensions shall be 1000mm x 1500mm with a maximum module weight of 50kg. Finish shall be polyester powder coated to BS 6496 / mill galvanised steel [delete as appropriate]. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.”
